The jobs description states that the primary duty is to "write innovative, high-quality, task-based user guides, administrator guides, online help systems and programmer reference manuals for SERENA Software’s application lifecycle management products. "

• Analyze technical specifications and interview relevant team members.
• Understand user requirements and develop document designs and strategies to match these requirements.
• Analyze new product features, problem reports, and software fixes in order to update documentation sets.
• Participate in long-term projects focused on improving documentation processes and integrating into the product development process.
